How Can breathlessness Along With Lower Back Pain Be Treated?
Three areas of concern...not sure if related Shortness of breath ascending stairs primarily Pain in lower back (keeps me awake even using a pillow under knees) Difficulty recently going up and down stairs in particular with a thick feeling almost painful below knee in back of leg I am almost 65, female, physically quite fit (walk and hike 10000 steps a day generally), don t smoke, am probably under more stress than positive, drink 1-2 coffees a day, generally 1-2 glasses of wine in evening Blood pressure higher than ideal 138/91 What s happening? Thank you!
my suggestions are 1) Get a 2d cardiac echo done and a blood test to check your haemoglobin level 2) x ray of knees to rule out early onset arthritis 3) The blood pressure could be due to stress more than anything else so i advise a decrease in alcohol consumption and a relaxing activity which you can do for twenty minutes everyday
